Ask Your Doctor if Orencia is Right For You
The drug that Michelle has been working on for almost the past three years just received FDA approval this week. The drug is designed to treat rheumatoid arthritis. I don't really understand most of the information in this press release, but it sounds like a promising new treatment.

Michelle is not sure how they come up with the generic and brand names for drugs. The names have to be approved by the FDA and they can't be too close to the name of an existing drug, but that's about all she knows. Maybe the reason that you usually prefer the generic name to the brand name is because you are a savvy consumer.
